I ordered "HP X200 Wireless Mouse with 2.4 GHz Wireless connectivity, Adjustable DPI up to 1600, ambidextrous Design, and 18-Month Long Battery Life. 3-Years" on 26th July 2022. In the order one of the accessories i.e, USB Dongle (USB which is inserted in the PC for connecting the mouse with the PC) was missing. I requested a replacement for the same on 1st August. On 3rd August, my replacement was scheduled but they failed in doing so. On the evening of 3rd August, it was told to me that replacement is not possible and I have to return the product. My return was scheduled for 4th August. On 4th August, I called them at 1 PM and they said they will pick up the order by 6 PM, and around 6 PM same day they told me that pick up will not be possible today. I wasted my whole day waiting for pick up but unfortunately, they failed again in picking up my order. Again they said me that they will pick up the order on 5th Aug 2022.
They are only wasting my time. I have talked with their customer executive multiple times but they are saying daily "tomorrow your order will be picked up" and giving other excuses.
