Amazon India — non-delivery of mobile | |||||
Your delivery man declined to deliver the product named infocus vision 3 ordered on 5th january 2018 and confirmed to be delivered on 10th january 2018 but co-incidentally it came earlier than delivery date and i got informed about the delivery through your delivery person and he explained me he cannot provide the product to my address and i will have to come to his address. How this is possible. If you cannot provide home delivery or office delivery than directly show at the time of order. Why you show free delivery at the time of purchase and at the time of delivery the delivery person always have this kind of issues like that area doesn't come under our region and you will have to come at our place to get the mobile. Before this order also i was forced to get the product from their place that was 45 kms away from my home. Does this is known as free home delivery, that you have to take responsibility to get your product ordered. I will give you 0 point for this type of # service.
