Amazon India — acute delay and unprofessionalism in delivery of smartcare lancets | |||||
With respect to delivery timing of the product, the status reflected as out for delivery within same city since morning. The delivery person had kept his mobile phone continuously switched off. Further, after having made repeated calls on amazon customer care, and escalating the calls to seniors (Supervisors) who also in turn, had no idea about the delivery. Finally at the end of the day, the delivery status shockingly read as "at 8pm today the courier was unable to contact the recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact amazon. Amazon transportation services couldn't contact you to deliver your package Please contact us to provide a valid phone number to get your package back on track. Was expected today" Completely unprofessional approach.. Customers should have access to contact numbers of delivery personnel or atleast customer care representatives dealing with the consumer complaint should have knowledge about it. Further, product got delivered on Saturday at 9:00 PM. But the SEALED PARCEL DID NOT CONTAIN INVOICE.Please let me know further action as to whether rely on the product or return back the parcel as it was supposed to be Medical Equipment. The contents of ordered lancets were also found in an opened box. Worst delivery faced from Amazon for medical equipments.
