Amazon India — amazon fire stick - not delivered but money deducted | |||||
Dear amazon, I am writing this to make you aware that services and reliability of Your organization is decreasing day by day. Recently i have Placed an order (Order id - #[protected] and it is Showing delivered and no item is actually delivered. After Continuous follow up with different departments they are saying We cant do anything related to refunds or replacement. I am narrating the whole scenario: I have placed an order of "amazon firestick" dated 03/mar/2018 At my address and it was showing expected delivery on 10th March. Kool. After 3 days (6th march): Suddenly i got message that product has arrived early and Delivered to the customer directly. I called at home and got to know that nothing is delivered, asked My friends neighbours still nothing has been delivered. Called amazon on 7th for the status, they told it is strange that You are seeing it as delivered as in their system it is still in transit. I said ok, what is the expected date? He said 10th march... Kool Again waited till 10th. 10th march: I checked with family for the status for the delivery, again no Show. 11th march: Called amazon again, this time some investigation team has Picked up the matter and told that we will look in to the matter And you have to give time till 17th march. 18th march: Called again, this time what i got is this email - * Hello, We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your item from Order #[protected]. We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier. “it appears That this package was signed for upon delivery by As per the information we have. Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to Provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time. Thank you for your understanding. * After getting this email, i have called them and asked for signed Reciept, after yelling for almost 15 minutes she said i can not Send you the reciept but i have report from investigation team And they are saying that item is delivered at 7th march only. I dont know, how it can be possible that when i had a word with Amazon at first time (6th march), they were saying it should be Delivered to you by 10th march and after investigation, team is Saying that it was delivered to you on 7th march. What an irony ??? This is a final call from my side, either refund my money or place the order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
