After repeated calls and emails there has been no resolution to the delivery of product i'd ordered from amazon india. Order no:[protected]. While there are specific reasons i'm escalating this issue, kindly note i would not escalate every delayed order. Unfortunately amazon india isn't realising the importance of this delivery reaching on time. A few days ago i received a text message informing me that the item was in the nearby vicinity. The maximum delivery date committed by amazon is well over. Lately the service quality of amazon has deteriorated drastically. Was this information helpful? | |||||
