Amazon India — amazon not able to give details on balance deducted from amazon pay

Guys, the amazon has dedicted rs.699, which is supposed to be paid against my order, but the order is not placed/ comfirmed.

And the amazon service representative says that we dont not have any details for this deduction.

I made a payment for a 64gb pendrive during amazon sale, but the order not placed, and the balance got deducted. And when i called them they say that you have made this payment on 3rd party merchant..

Cheap stratigy to make profits..
