I had placed one order having order id=Order #[protected] online in Amazon India for sofa set on 13.11.2022 by paying full amount via credit card Rs. 31000. But amazon did not deliver the order and refunded only Rs.13000 and Rs.18000 is still not refunded. I have contacted amazon customer care several times but they are doing fraud with customer and not registering any complaint. Also surprisingly Amazon India turns out to be biggest fraud in India because they don't provide any update about any complaint ticket number and its progress neither over email nor sms.
I have contacted amazon customer care so many times but everytime i contact customer care, their fraud customer care executive says they have registered complaint but there is no email send to me about any raised complaint. After three four days when i call them and again they say are registering complain. Thus they make fun of customer only trying to make customer fool. They are not resolving my issue. They cheated me and looted Rs. 18000.
I request you to please take action against Amazon India and help me to get my Rs.18000 refunded please. Govt of India should make strict laws against such malpractices by such International Fraud companies.
