Amazon India — amazon or bank of india is not paying my refund | |||||
I ordered a product through Amazon on 1 October 2018 worth rs 6199 and cancelled the order on 4 October 2018. The amount was paid by bank of India debit card. Till today I haven't received refund. I have contacted amazon costumer care so many time, they said that Amazon initiated the refund amount already on 4 October 2018 and I have received e-mail from Amazon that refund has been processed successfully with transaction reference no. But still the amount is not credited in my bank of India account Was this information helpful? | |||||
