[Resolved] Amazon India — amazon pay account locked | |||||
Hello sir, My name is malay bhalala and i have an account in amazon. Since several months my amazon pay account Was locked and they also do not give any proper reason for that. My registered Email id is — [protected]@gmail.com I had raised several requests and they say everytime that it will be resolved in 24 hours.. But nothing happens after all.. Now i cannot add the balance and also cannot get the refund of my returned product in my amazon pay balance.. So i request amazon to take further steps and resolve my problem as early as possible.. When i go to amazon pay account and click on add money or anything it says with the error message that contact customer care... And after all if i click on upload kyc documents then also same error message appears.. I will have to take further steps if amazon doesent take any further steps.. Someone hacked or theft my account and now i m unable to log in again and amazon.in is not giving any result. I'm continously contacting amazon but they are not not doing any conclusion.
