Description -
Being a Amazon prime member, i have ordered (ORDER #[protected] RUIZU X02 8 GB Ultra Slim Mp3 Music Player worth of Rs 2, 990 as a gift for my father who is 70 yrs of age. Expected the delivery within 2 days but even after complaining multiple time the item was not delivered rather just given an option to cancel the order.
I have nothing to give to my father who turns 70 and its a shamefull day wished him with empty hand.
After further escallation they claim that to be a techinical error so i have reordered the same product on 28 Nov, 2022 ORDER #[protected]. Even after 1 month the item was not delivered and every time they give same execuse and option to cancel the order.
Will cancelling the order give back my happiness which i lost during my father's birthday or will it give the time that i took to order the product or the time i took to get right support who can help me from amazon.
Desirable Resolution : I need a compensation for all the things that were spoiled.
