Amazon India — Amazon - Worst Service Provider

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

I have placed an order Pampers diapers (Order no[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 28th Jan 2015, courier company status update was “Incorrect Delivery Address”. Raised complaint thrice and got assurance that it will be delivered EOD anyhow. Due to this I bought diapers from local market in high price, who will going to compensate this lose?
