Amazon India — amount not credited to my account | |||
On 1st nov 2018 i've order a mobile phone and i've cancelled it on the same day because of no liking it anymore. Then they have initiated refund on 7 nov 2018 still i didn't get my amount credited to my account. As amazon says you've to contact bank customer care regarding this and charge dispute file against this but they're saying we cannot do that. And our state bank of india is also not responding with this. Was this information helpful? | |||
