[Resolved] Amazon India — amount not refunded from amazon.in | |||
My two products which i ordered from amazon.in were damaged after several calls i have arranged for thrice pickup but no one came for pickup. After third pickup being cancelled they told me they will refund the amount. After the due date still the amount is not refunded. Called them several times they asked me to wait for 24 hrs and even asked me to provide passbook statement which was also provided by me twice. Today i spoke to the executive she directly disconnected my call. Booked charger set with Amazon ORDER #[protected] & rec'd on 29th Sep 2017 value of Rs 360/-. issue not solved till yet instead of solving the issue they are blocking my contact No [protected] this is not a fare to do justice in unappropriated way. Hence kindly refund our money & suggest FYI pl.
No issue noted from my side regarding return of their product, I'll follow till we get justice on daily wages

Booked charger set with Amazon ORDER #[protected] & rec'd on 29th Sep 2017 value of Rs 360/-. same was opened with the amazon delivery boy & found not working, charger adopter & USB cable not connectable to the port. delivery boy assured to cancel & return/refund which was paid. But i had followed a month with customer care executive no refund is ensured.
We returned the parcel as received to delivery boy & noted it had delivered on 6th Oct to Shipper SK Enterprices. Hence support for refund.
