    Dear Team,

    Kindly note that I have recieved a call from the [protected] ( Mr Rahul Sharma) who mentioned that since I have made purchases from Amazon I have won a Maruti Car as a gift and would require me to make a payment.

    On asking how he got my number he said that since that I have made purchases with Amazon he got my number.

    On further enquiry, he got agitated and cut the call.
    I am unhappy if Amazon has been sharing my contact details with a third party.

    Expecting clarification for the same.

      I had ordered infinity Fuze 100 by harman bluetooth speaker on date 21.06.2021 whose order number was[protected], price was 1399/-, delivered 23.06.2021 but the product was defective bluetooth could not connect, so I returned it request request done and returned on 24.06.2021 including Amazon curiar pick up boy image, when I talked to Amazon customer care about the refund, they told that the products will get a refund on reaching the warehouse, when I talked to Amazon customer care today Said that the fake goods were returned, due to which I will not get the refund, now Amazon customer care you tell me when the curiar boy of amazon came, was he blind in his eyes, who returned the same, the same I got the same return done, which may be that you guys changed the same on the way, refund me my Rs 1399/- otherwise I am putting this matter in social media and national counsumer girevane number -
      2821039, fraud is Amazon online shopping which custamber with higher price fools, please return my money!

            I have ordered a laptop on 10.05.2021 and the ordered placed was defective when received and when I placed return request the amazon executive came and took away the laptop but nothing got updated on the app from which i have ordered which is amazon app.
            Now when I asked your executive they say that nothing was picked up from their end and only me and the amazon knew about the replacement.
            If the person came was not from amazon then it was a leak from amazon employee/executive and it is breach of cunsumer privacy.
            kindly take up the matter and initaite refund.

                              I have ordered Diecast car toy worth Rs 649.ordered no[protected]
                              As per Delivery date unable to receive the product. next day i received the call from the person [protected]. he asked OTP for delivery and i given OTP no then he given the cotton box asked for money. amount as shown in his rs 649 given to him. after opening the cotton very shock to see the product i have received. immediatly i catched the person he said ask he said raise complaint for mismatch u will receive the same ordered product soon.i received fan with light. unbelivable things from amazon. reguraly buying from amazon this is unfare.kindly look into this and resolve the issue soon
                              just see the ordered bar code sticker it was mentioned as fake.

                                I placed an order No #[protected] dated June16, 2021 on Amazon India. Order was delivered to me on June17, 2021. I opened the packet of order on
                                June 19, 2021 due to Covid. In the opened packet I found two items short as below:
                                1- ROBODO REL_9 Johnson Geared Motor 300 RPM 12 Volt -01 No.
                                2- Robotbanao Mg 995 Metal Gear High Torque Servo Motor Black -01 No.
                                The Cutomer care personnel was informed through chat about this shortcoming subsequently but till date neither short items have been received nor any refund as well as no intimation from Amazon India. Their customer care number [protected] is also not working. No complaint email address has been provided by the Amazon on their website so I am helpless and totally unable to contact the Amazon India customer care.

                                      Dear Amazon Team,

                                      I had purchased my noise Airbuds at 20 June .Till now I haven't received my product.Please help me out .This is very bad that you guys are fraud with your customer.

                                      Amazon app showing delivered the product to security guard.But guard is saying that no one product received of my name.Even not a single call I recieved with your Delivery man .

                                      Please return my money or otherwise I'll complaint against you.And why you handover my product to the guard it's this your customer service, you serve this to your customer .This is really unexpected.

                                      I hope team you understand my situation and help me out as soon as possible and I wish I get my resolution from your side in a positive way.
