I had return an fireboltt smart watch but not received the refund amount even after 6 days. The customer care gives excuses about sent of wrong item and their investigation team also involved in these types of frauds with their delivery agent. The amazon digest my watch and not even issue my refund. They even don't give a chance of reply from my side and rely on their stupid delivery agents. I want my 2000 Rs back because the Amazon owner not even fulfill their daily needs with my 2000 Rs

    I have purchased an item on Amazon and the order was confirmed. Later I received an email saying that my order got canceled and the money will be refunded in 3-5 working days. I'm supposed to get the refund within 23-Sep-22. And it was not reflecting, so I contacted Amazon Customer Service. They informed me that the refund was initiated by 18-Sep-22 itself. Later they advised to contact the bank. Kindly do the needful and expedite the refund as soon as possible.

      Hi Team

      I have ordered a laptop from amazon and received a laptop on 2nd September and it's not working in the span of 7 days, And I have received a different product which mentioned in warranty slip. There is a missmatch of product serial no in the warranty slip and on the product
      I have raised the request to amazon on 11th September to correct the warranty slip
      But still they haven't resolved this and I am facing a lot
      They are not returning the product and also not doing correction of warranty slip
      With out this correction I cannot go for warranty

        Refund regarding my order number 408-7281409-1912332

        Hello sir/mam,
        I ordered a watch strap on 3 September 2022, and it delivered in good condition but it didn't fit to my watch, so i placed a return request for that and a return product come on 12 September but the delivery person didn't give that to me by excuses that he forgot the scanner to scan it and said i will come tomorrow again to give it to you, but he didn't come.
        So after waiting for him 3 days, i did a complaint...

        I ordered a Levi's jeans and which was delivered to me on 19th September and when i opened the packaging what i saw that i received different jeans with Levis tags and it was totally different from what i ordered... I complaint it to Amazon but they are only saying to contact on 25th not before that ... Plz help me with my money back and resolve the issue... Order id of product is[protected]... And registered mobile number is [protected] ... I request you to plz refund my money back and make sure that it will not happen again... ... I contacted them many times but they are not helping me ...

          A smartphone (I KALL Z5 (3GB, 16GB)) was ordered on 30-Jul-2022 from amazon.in whose Order #[protected] which was supposed to deliver by 17-Aug-2022.Till now i.e 24-Sep-2022 this product is not delivered and after multiple time speaking with customer executive they are not promising any delivery date nor refund.

          Please kindly look into this matter as there is no resolution being made by Amazon.in till date.

          Pleas do the needful.

              Customer Service and Product Related Issue

              This is to let you know that I placed an order for household items with Amazon under Amazon Fresh on which was delivered on 30th August. I had ordered for around 14 items and it was delivered on 30th August 2022. When I opened the carton, I found that one of the package (Haldirams Panchratna Mix – 150g) was torn and the content was spilled inside the carton itself.

                      My wife (Ranjani) purchased a HP laptop bearing serial number CND1234YZ1 from Amazon online on 5th Jan 2022 (ORDER #[protected].                             Amazon is known for its door step delivery.
                            But I never get it delivered to my door step.
                            I order from many e-commerce sites and every one of them provides the delivery to my door step except Amazon.
                            This has been going on for quite sometime, and when insist the delivery person for door step delivery, argue and put a comment that If I want the product, I should come at the township gate and collect it, otherwise he won't deliver it.

                              I recently brought an Iphone 12 from Amazon.in and they sent me a defective product. The mobile is not turning on. I tried reached out to them. They told me that i need to contact Apple Inc and Amazon cant provide any return or replacement services. I called Apple customer care and they told me to go and visit Guwahati Apple service center for further assistance. Guwahati is in another state for me. It is far and expensive for to and fro charges. I need Amazon to replace the product.
