The product got cancelled on 20th April. It shows refund was initiated on 27th April and it still shows that the refund will appear in 2-3 business days but as of date, there's no refund in the bank account.

    I am Sudipta Senapati, Mob: [protected]. I wrongly recharged on Amazon Pay balance INR 17100 amount. Many times requested to Amazon customer service but they are not help me for back on my bank account. I was requested on him but they not sending. I am unsatisfied for Amazon. They are not returned my money. It is used for my Medicine and others medical purpose but not help.

    Please help me. I want this money back to my bank account it is very emergency and essential money for my family. My mothers has illness. In this situation how I save my Mothers.

    Amazon I requested to you again please back my 17100 money back to my bank account. It is very essential for my mothers save.

        Ordered an battery bank on 8th May order[protected]
        received same day. Defective product was picked on 10th May by Amazon agent. Replacement was committed on 3 calls but never received. After 6 days of followup of replacement product, they finally cancelled the replacement order on 16th May thru the Amazon representative. Based on my escalation to the Amazon grievance cell got a call from agent on 16th May who promised that the amount will be credited to source account within 5 days but that never happened. Based on this commitment she asked me to close my complaint which I did. ( recorded conversation of agent is available with me) . When repeated complaints made subsequently the standard reply is that we are investigating. Now on 10th june after 1 month the agent says that the original product not returned. On 16th they confirmed that product was recd and payment initiated. Recording of this call is available with me.

          I have recharged on wrong number the only last digit is changed by mistake and their customer executive said we will try to refund you and raise a complaint but still i didnt get back my recharge

            After pick up of return product shown cancelled

            Amazon Delivery boy called up and asked that he is standing on gate for pickup the return product. He took the product and pretend to doing something on phone and told that pick up status will be upated soon as there is problem in server. He took the product and gone. After sometime when we cheked the status it was showing return pickup is cancelled. And showing refund will be processed after pickup while it was already pickup by delivery...

            I am writing this to let you know that I have ordered a phone with one day delivery option. Been 2 days now the order is showing out for delivery but no one came to delilver it. Delovery agent didnt pick the phone. Now the amazon service team ask for 5 more days. Moreover the price of phone is now increased by 2k on the amazon site. So if I have to cancel the order then for reordering i have to pay 2k more. They are utilizing so much such additional money and getting interest from them.

              I have ordered one metro handbag from amazon india on dt 18may 2022.. It was prepaid order of Rs 1294/_.
              on 24 may insted of handbag women slippers.were delivered and same were retuned by me for reason wrong item delivered. Return was picked up very next day ie on 25 May 2022. My refund has been not issued by amazon india. After various calls now amazon is refusing refund quoting that wrong item.returned.
              I have returned wrong item.delivered. what I ordered was not delivered.

                I ordered a chair for 16k, warranty was one year, chair main frame (body) broke from the joint within 7 months,
                now seller is refusing warranty and amazon india is not helping me with it, it seems to me that they are on sellers side.
                I have made 7-8 calls to amazon india since, every time with a promise to call me back in 3-4 days, i never heard from Amazon,

                    How are you sir when i purchased the product at that time it was in offer around 169 and delivery ordered i don't remember present now you are asking me double amount around 353... i can;t pay the amount you are asking if you want your product you can take ... it is in pack and box only and i didn't used ..you can take your product and close the due ...i discussed with Amazon customer they told me to discuss with Zebronic customer and i discussed with them also they told me to talk with amazon ...after that i didn't spoke with customer also if you want the product amount i can pay you of around 169 or else you can take your product and close the due...

                      Daily I contact to delivery agent he reject my call every time.
                      I also contact to Amazon customer care they tell me that sir your product is out for delivery and will deliver soon..but at end of day product not get delivered ...they make fake promises .

                            I have ordered a egg boiler electronic appliance from Amazon and the product was defected i have done the exchange but its been a month i have not received a product.
                            After calling to amazon call center they have directly denied saying exchange will not be done only refund can be done.
                            However they were reacting like whatever you wanted to do you can do we are not going to refund any money to you.

                              I had ordered 2 kitchen sinks from which they sent only one and took the money for 2. I have already requested to return the product and I have asked for the cashback. But no amazon person has come to pickup the product yet. I have requested few times, but no response yet.

And they had accepted amazon pay balance from another company as a gift voucher but now they are not returning it nor allowing me to use that as the account is hold.                                   Ordered this Product on 7 June 2022 (Signoraware Easy Flow Stainless Steel Oil dispenser), Paid by Credit Card same day. ORDER #[protected]. Product was to be shipped to Udhagamandalam/ Ooty.

                                  Seller shipped on time. Got Amazon SMS notification on 10 June that product is to be delivered today. So I waited for it. But Delivery Agent has not delivered, never got any phone calls. Checked with my apartment security, etc....
