I have currently facing an issue with one of my order and i am not getting any support from Amazon customer care. It has been 16 days now but inspite of multiple mails and multiple calls to customer care, i am not getting any resolution.

I first ordered this product on 25t hApril and received a defective product. I requested a replacement which was supposed to be delivered by April 29th but I never received that product. The Amazon Customer Support and Delivery team just kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow but that tomorrow never came. Finally I purchased the similar product from market and asked for a refund. The refund did not happen ever. Finally one of the so called "senior leadership team member" Shivani told me that the product will be picked up for sure by 9th and if the pickup does not happen till 11th I will be issues an advance refund. Its end of day 15th May, the pickup guy never arrived and now Amazon is refusing to refund me my money saying I have refused pickup.

    I have returned product in amazon but the said that they already credited my refunded amount to my bank account, they gave me refernce number but amount was not credited in my account

        I had ordered a water heater on amazon & got it delivered on 22nd of April, since I did not get any electrician to install this, I had to wait till the 3rd of may to get this installed, but when the technician came to install it he checked for the heater and told that the heater is not taking in any electricity and its a defective product.

        I had contact amazon & they stated that they will not be able to refund/replace the product...

        My order Successfully pick up by Courier and it reached at fulfillment center or warehouse. but still no refund provide by Amazon. First I had to wait 4 days for pickup and now I have to waiting for refund. I m very frustrate. please provide refund as soon as possible.

          I have bought a Avaya IX CU360 Video Collaboration (Order Id- 402-[protected]) from amazon India and the delivery date was set for 12 May 2022 between 10 AM to 6 PM. But the product was not delivered on that day.Even the tracking status was not updated, I contacted the customer service, But they have no clear information regarding the delay & they asked me to wait between 13 May to 18 May. Amazon application show me the different status and after contact to the customer service still it has not updated.. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

            I ordered an weighing machine from amazon and I received it on 13 march but its size was too small so i returned it to amazon on 22 march 2022 they said that the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days according to them my amount(of INR Rs 899.00) was refunded on 27 March but it has been 1.5 months the amount isn't received in my bank. I have contact my bank more than 5 times they said that no refund is issued in my account.

                On 22.04.2022 I have received Antique Electric Floor Fan with Wooden Tripod Stand but upon receiving i noticed that the fan has a missing regulator to control speed. I used the fan for a few days to understand whether or not it will suit me, but later I felt that the fan is not compatible to my preferences. The date for return window closure was on 04.05.2022, however, I applied for a return on 01.05.2022. The return pickup was scheduled for 02.05.2022. However, the return pickup agent did not show up on that day, so I contacted amazon support and they rescheduled the return for the next day. On the next day also nobody picked up the order. This same story has been continuing for the past 12 days now. Amazon customer care daily reschedules the return and nobody picks it up. Still item is not return picked up and no confirmation made when they will refund the money. We should get refund at the earliest and compensatory amount for handing issue/harassment for such long time.

                I contacted amazon customer support and asked them to connect me to a senior level official from amazon. They transferred my call to a senior level executive. I explained him my case history based on which he told me that he will personally take up my case and get it resolved. He took 2 days but got my issue resolved.

                  We placed an order for a Electric blender. The image and description given in the site is totally different with the delivered product. we do not understand why customer is misleaded by giving fake description and images . This is causing waste of valid time of the customer. This has been repeatedly happening many number of times with other products as regard with description, brand and images are entirely different what we received . we are contacted customer care and they answered to return it. They just don't bother about the time and space of the customer. please justify.

                    I ordered 2 Wing Chairs from Amazon. The chairs were defective. Upon contacting seller for return and refund, Seller stopped responding.
                    Now upon contacting Amazon, Amazon is unable to take action or issue me the refund. I have spend 46000 rs on the chairs, and now its just of money. Moreover Calling and complaining to Amazon India Customer care, no one bothered to solve my issue. It has sucked both my precious time and Energy. Hence reaching out to consumer forum.

                          1. I ordered Panasonic Juicer mixer and paid rs8500
                          2. On 29th April when Myself and my wife was away I got call from agent that he has come with product and asked for OTP
                          3. That time my 84 years father was there.
                          4. After getting OTP he gave a package and left
                          5. When we returned and opened we found one beach cloth
                          6. I asked for return mentioning this
                          7. Agent came and said he cannot take this
                          8. But in amazon it was mentioned customer refuses return and its lie
                          9. Every day I am writing my complaint as review but no response from amazon customer service.

                            I had ordered note 11 pro+ on 8th May 2022 which was a 1 day delivery. On 9th they do a out for delivery then it is not delivered. They say if you are a prime customer so what I need thr phone as I have to login for my office account I am the sole earner of my house and now they rescheduled the delivery to 12th may when the delivery was already out for delivery and I am on unplanned leave so will the Amazon pay my per day pay of my salary due to their incapability. I request consumer forum to take action on it and tell Amazon to resolve my problem as they are going fraud with the customers the order is prepaid.

                              I have purchased a voltage stabilizer from Amazon on 27-July-2021 for my new Hitachi 1.5 tone ac.
                              When AC got installed with the stabilizer it stopped working within 2 days.
                              I thought the Problem is with AC but when technician checked there was no Problem with AC
