Amazon India — baby safety products and cloth | |||
Since last friday (11th october), my orders are returning to seller. Online status is that agent could not contact me over phone. First of all, my phone is in good condition and network alright. I have received many calls over my phone. On 11th october, i connected with amazon delivery agent and he stated that he was not going to deliver the product; his subordinate will deliver and he will connect me. Nothing happened that day. Next day another delivery agent assigned and he did not pick up my call. Then i rescheduled the delivery on monday (14/10/2019). I had talk with delivery guy over phone as i called him. However, he did not deliver.in the evening again i called him; he stated that security did not allow him to enter my company premises as he did not have identity card. Tuesday again another delivery agent assigned. His phone was always switched off. Still products were not delivered. Each and every time, the site is updated that delivery was attempted, which is a wrong statement. I am puzzled with the situation as those products were baby safety products.
