Amazon India — bank of india internet banking refund issue | |||||
Dear sir On 1st september i had purchased a sandwich maker in amazon using cash on delivery option. I returned that order and the refund of rs.820 is successfully processed by amazon. But still i didnot get my refund amount. I spoke to amazon india about the issue and they send me a reply as follows Your refund of rs.820 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected]. The authorisation code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is hsbcn[protected]. In this case what i will do. My a/c number -[protected] Please do the need ful as earlier as possible I here by attach the bank statements and the order details and the message from amazon My email id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
