I bought "BIBA Women's Blue Cotton Unstitched Suit Set" on Amazon. I was delivered a wrong product on 8th sep. I returned the product delivered on 9th sep for refund. I waited for refund for 10 days then started following up for refund. I was informed it will take another 3-4 days to validate the cloth and return money. Later, after 8 days I am informed that money will not be returned as a different item is returned. However, that was the reason for refund to begin with.
I followed up with Amazon trying to explain my situation. I kept on receiving automated replies mentioning to reply to email if I like to speak to Account executive. Lastly, they responded back in one email, saying correct item was delivred.Also, they gave me a link to review policy "www.amazon.co.in/help/conditionsofuse" . Sadly, that link is erroneous and doesn't open any page. I am left with no option but to file consumer complaint as Amazon has cheated.
