Amazon India — bms lifestyle stitchmaster 16 built-in stich multifunction portable electric sewing machine. i am complaining about the faulty piece.

Ordered the above mentined sewing machine on 19th june 2018 with ordered#[protected]. Shipped the machine on 22nd june and it was a faulty piece and replacement done on june 26th 2018. Eventhoug it was replaced, again we were facing the same issue as it was not in working condition.

We tried to find the service centeres in hyderabad. But we couldnot find any.
Please help us provind the service centeres in hyderabad or provide me the new machine.
