Amazon India — cancelled my product without intimation | |
I have ordered a Selfie q424 Selfie Stick with AUX Wire for All Smartphone (Metalic) on 12.02.2019 for rupees 99.00 with free shipping and the estimated date was between 1 march to 3 march 2019. On 19.02.2019 when contacted your customer care executive he told he as contacted the the seller and would try to delivery it as soon as possible. On 20.02.2019 at 12.30 am received a message that the product as been cancelled without intimating the customer. when contacting your customer care executive at 7.30 am he told he that the product is cancelled by the seller and he told me to order it again but now the cost has been increased plus additional shipping charges. when you giving any offers the customer will always try to avail the offers and now you say that my product is cancelled after so many dates. what is use of giving such offers and after few days cancelling it and telling it cancelled by seller. i am not concerned with the seller i had booked it amazon and want them send the product as soon as possible.
