Amazon India — can't attempt delivery, company refuse to give my money that I already pay.

I am From India I order on www.Amazon.in But I Really Need Help With you...ORDER NO. #[protected] Apple iPhone 7 (Rose Gold, 32GB )
I order my product on 8-feb And 12-feb is the Delivery date on that day i received delivery conformation Message but i Can not received any Product . Amazon company Refuse to Give my money By Saying that Product was delivered, etc When i complaint amazon he said our company give you full money than i coperate to us after some days he gives me execuses for refund..
And Investigation team Also saying that product was delivered I can not understand Product Can received by me Than why he said that i received product That means Totaly FAKE, these company earn money by wrong way ..??? Because the amazon company only says that the product delivered on your address, that is Really stupid answer ...Product delivered on my address or may be not BUT not Delivered to me ...THIS IS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU DELIVERED TO WRONG PERSON ...Delivery man asked any proof when product give to us ...Any proof that he delivered only to me???
Sir Amazon team was said that Product was delivered On my Address And I received Also, and this sentence repeated by many times ., I Know Very well that
Your Transportation team have Non-of proof this ???
Product was delivered on my address but i can not received That was Your team Also know very well 'I Don't know who Received product or may be not
I Only know This That i Can not received my product And You Refuse to Give Money By give Many Excuses.

I also File FIR But POLICE says That i have many cases related to this matter But they Can not be solve And Than I Complaint on consumer Complaints.
Sir, I am the Farmer my parents give me education by faced many problems This money lot's of matter to my family Help me to give my money that i already pay...
My Last expectation With you i said many Times that i was not received the product Than why are you Not trusting me PLEASE HELP TO GIVE MY MONEY And Let me Out of This Problem..??
