Amazon India — cash back is not provided from amazon order no#[protected] | |||
I had placed product of ifb 25 l convection microwave oven (25bc4, black +floral design) the order from amazon on 10th july 2017 in the prime customer offer and cash back of 15% in hdfc bank. Due to damage condition of my first order it was returned and second one more oven was delivered which was damaged condition and amazon refunded the amount. My query with amazon and communicated to me that once place the new order and told that "i would like to inform you that once you've place the order please write us back we'll manually add the cash back in the form of gift card" and based on their confirmation again place the order no#[protected] dated 25.07.17. Now i contacted with their customer care, they are not responding properly and simply says that it is bank offer bank only decided and wait until 12th oct 2017. I know about hdfc bank only offered 15% cash back on 10th to 11th july 2017. Was this information helpful? | |||
