Amazon India — cashback not received in credit card | |||
Sir/medam, My order id :- order#[protected] I purchased this item in 10th april during the offer period is running cashback on citi bank credit card. I read all term and conditions regarding the order carefully any then i purchased the product. Cashback is received effectively on 1st july 2019, but still i don't have any cashback. If i don't eligible for the offer then please send me reason of ineligibility. I totally disappointed from amazon customer service.
