Amazon India — Charge Dispute form

I purchased a product on amazon on 31th August 2021 using my canara bank debit card. The amount was debited as well the order was declined.
I have contacted the customer care of both amazon and canara bank.
Amazon said that since the amount was not received, the order was hard declined.
Canara band said that the amount transaction was successfull to amazon side. And they have also raised ticket(ticket id:2122AZ4861) for this on 8th Sep2021 and asked me to wait untill 17th sep so that your amount might be credited back. Today is 19th sep 2021. I Still have'nt received my money back.
I still don't know from which side this issue was created.
I had contacted canara bank customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.
