Amazon India — charges that are not mine

Amazon customer care always say i am refunding your money, Amazon did not verify saller properly and we are suffer for qulity time

I have purchase 3rd of jan and till now[protected] and not reviving product and any response from amazon.

Delivery boy self cancelled the order and returned the product after 4 days yet no contact by amazon customer care no refund yet AMAZON is a cheater company don't buy anything form them they are cheaters.

Order Date: 14 Jan 2020, however i found delivery charges are too high. Tea packet is of Rs 135 while delivery charges is Rs 55
