Amazon India — cheated by not delivering the ordered product | |||||
I had ordered a game player console (Order ref[protected] thru amazon by advance payment but received a piece of old cloth instead of game player console. I had ordered this for my kid as a gift for his achievements in his school exams and he was eagerly waiting to receive this but i have been cheated by amazon by not delivering the ordered product to me. When i made the complaint, they have simply said they will investigate about it and give a feedback within 7 days time. They don't really value customers concerns.
