Amazon India — cheated me with other cheap product

Updated by Sunny Raina Myself sunny raina r/o ep 118 lowermast garh pirmitha jammu j&k has ordered a panasonic er-207-wk-44b men's beard and hair trimmer which cost rs 999 from amazon.in on 11:17 pm on 17th of may online. I recieved a confirmation message that the product will be delivered on 24th of may. I received the product on 21st of may and paid payment to the delivery boy of delhivery courier. When i opened the parcel i found a cheap trimmer of nova comany worth rs 150 - 200. But i had paid rs 999 for panasonic er-207-wk-44b men's beard and hair trimmer to the company.
The parcel was printed with that it contains panasonic er-207-wk-44b men's beard and hair trimmer but inside it was a cheap chinese trimmer of nova company. The awb no. Of the parcel was[protected] which was delivered by delhivery courier. Kindly do the necessary action on the fraud. My no. Is [protected], [protected]]
After contacting the courier company i came to know that the courier was sent by pickerrtechnologies. But i had ordered the product from amazon. The picture i have attached shows completely that it is a fraud. The parcel was sent by amazon because it is a vendor of amazon as i ordered on amazon. I want my money back. Amazon has deleted my order histoy from its website. The picture i have attached below shows the parcel from outside
