Amazon India — cheating by wrong entry of product serial number in the invoice

Bought a hp laptop from amazon.in and they had sent an invoice with wrong serial number. Now im not able to claim the warrenty because of the wrong serial number in the invoice. Contacted amazon customer care many time but they are not taking any actions. Details as follows
