Amazon India — coolpad cool 1 mobile | |||
I had purchased coolpad cool 1 mobile in august 2017 during a 10% cashback offer on using sbi with the refund amount to be credited within 3 months (Nov 2017). When the amount wasn't credited in november, i started following up with amazon customer care over mail. Inspite of repeated mails, providing screenshots of purchase using sbi netbanking, sbi account statements for the months of august 2017 & november 2017 nothing has happened so far. The customer care has stopped responding to my mails or calls to customer care number (Not sure if they blocked my mobile number) and no longer reply which is pathetic service. Ecommerce retailers like amazon are playing it as they like as there are no strict rules in this space from government of india, to cut their teeth and behave properly with online customers. They need to keep the promises to the customers, otherwise will soon be out of business. Was this information helpful? | |||
