Amazon India — Credit card charged and money not refunded yet | |||
This is regarding a cancelled ORDER #[protected] and refund not provided for last 16 Days. My credit card has been charged and the Seller never received the money. My transaction shows RS 14001 to Amazon India where as around 150 was also deducted. I am unable to raise the AZ claim. Customer care is of minimal help here.
