I purchased from amazon online purchase a crossbeatstm raga wireless bluetooth headset headphones - ipx4 sweatproof - premium sound with bass, noise cancelling, secure fit bluetooth v4.1, 8 hrs on 05 mar 2017. (Order date) Invoice no tg-hyd[protected] Order no[protected] Order placed on 05 mar 2017 The product became unserviceable within two months (Within warranty period) I spoke to the amazon call centre. They advised me to send a mail I sent following mails 23 oct 2017 To [protected]@amazon.in (Amazon customer care) and [protected]@crossbeats.in (Crossbeats support) 25 oct 2017 to [protected]@amazon.in (Amazon) 30 oct 2017 to [protected]@amozon.in (Amazon) and crossbeats support There was no reply to all the emails I spoke to customer care of amazon. They advised me to speak to crossbeats support I spoke to crossbeat support office at banglore ([protected], [protected]) They said that since the product was not registered within 10 days of purchase they will not replace it. I don’t understand all these excuses for not replacing a defective product Now both the agency are not replacing the product or refunding the money I am being harassed and lot of time and energy is being wasted Please help K r visweswaran [protected]@yahoo.co.in Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our earlier communication we would like to reiterate that your product was physically damaged hence we declined to service/repair the product as it was beyond repair,
However we did offer you to for a new replacement for a minimal price which you denied, Hence we were forced to close the case.
