[Resolved] Amazon India — Curtains which i ordered.. | |||
Hi, I had ordered 3 set of window curtains and 1 set of door curtains on 31st aug, 2016 and i received the same on 8th sep, 2016 (Order no. Order #[protected] I realised that i need 1 more set of window curtain of the same design for my home so all curtain should look same. So again i ordered 1 more set of window curatin on 9th sep, 2016 (Order no. Order #[protected]. I got a call from seller after 1-2 days (10th or 11th sep) that he (Seller) is not having the same design curtains. I told them that i need same design curtains for my home if they are not able to accept my second order then i have to cancel my first order too because i wanted all curtains in same design. When i told this to him, he said they will manufacture the same design curtain for me. And i got may second order on 21st sep, 2016, when i opened my packet it was different from what was order by me. Seller sent wrong order. Next day (22nd sep, 2016) i placed the return request for my both the orders and i called amazon and informed them everything what was happend, they have promised me that they will talk to seller and refund my money. I told them if they are not ready for refund i am okay with replacement but i want same design. Since then i am just taking follow ups. I have called them 12-15 times and i have email communication but everytime i need to expain them everything everytime. Why dont you make a note/ comment when customer inform you about something. Why customers have to explain everything to everybody. These people are so confused. It was a prepaid booking by my credit card. Now they have told me to courier both the packets and i have to pay for these couriers. Today around 1 pm i spoke to utkarsh from amazon it was half n hour call and i told him everything i requested him to please drop me a email whatever the communication was so i should have something in written. He promised me that he will send me a email but still i am waiting for his email. He told me that when call will disconnect i will get some link where i have to give him some good ratings but i told them if you solve my problem then only i will give a good ratings/ feedback. I think they are more concerned about their ratings instead of solving customers problem. I also spoke to pukita from amazon today but she has not done anything. Just false promises. I am a regular customer of amazon and i ordered this product for navratri which is already started but i have not got the product i wanted. You have spoiled my festival. This was my last shopping with amazon. I will make sure that i will tell this incidence to my collegues and freinds so they will be careful. Amazon guys you really need good training.
