Amazon India — Damaged dining table given and no one is coming to replace. Instead they have blocked me from calling them

I am sirish karamcheti and i purchased a dining table online on 15th january 2020. Product name was - cherry wood sheesham ood 4 seater dining table set with chairs for home. The product was delivered on 20th june 2020..
Price of the table was 16, 198 inr. The product was delivered to my parents who live in hyderabad - 500070.
I visited hyderabad in feb around 7th and i noticed the table was defective. Chairs were nt of same size. One of the leg f the table had a crack which was filled with a wood primer to cover the crack. There was a hole in the side of the table. There were wood knots which indicate the table was damaged.
After seeing the same, i requested for a return. The same was accepted. One person had come to my house on a 2 wheeler. He came, took pics and went back. Later we got a message that the person updated the table was not packed. Yes we could not pack then.
Even if we would have packed that person could not have been able to take it with him as he came on a bike. I again complained. I got call from a person stating he would come to my home. Later i got a message that he mentioned address could not be found.
Then again on 29th of feb i complained i got a mail confirming the pick up. No one picked up.
Later on march 15 i again called and informed. I was told a pickup would be arranged. After that lock down happened.
Post lock down i called 7 time. 6 times i was told someone would come to pick up. It was only during the 7th time of my call i was told i will have to shp it ack to the retailer.
My parents age is 76 and 70 respectively. How can someone expect them to pack the table and courier using registered post.
I kept telling on all my calls about my issue, everyone told don't worry sir, your table will get picked up. It was only on my 10th call i was told i will have send the table back.
After chasing for nearly 2 months i got a resolution to send it back. From bangalore i am planning to ensure the table goes. I was told that blue dart will come home and pick my product and will take it up.
Blue dart refused to pick stating that the are not delivering in rajasthan.
I tried calling amazon cc team. No calls are being entertained of my. Online support is also suspended for me.
For raising an issue i am getting this treatment.
I need your support on this.

I need your support for taking my product back. The purpose is not yet solved. My money is stuck
