Amazon India — damaged product delivered in polythene | |||
I ordered thru Order #[protected] Maggi noodles and 4 bottles of mustard oil. What a joke, Amazon packed 8 no's of approx.420gm + 1 no's of 800gm Maggi noodles in one polybag topped by 4 bottles of 1 litre each mustard oil and they think the delicate noodles won't get damaged, they require proof. To compensate, Amazon today attempted a delivery which we refused...one packet of Maggi spcl. Masala noodles, all nicely packed in a carton! When government has banned polythene, you deliver in that? I had immediately placed a complaint, and emailed them 2 pics in HD, but surprises, Amazon representatives need more proof...I have asked them to send there representatives to check, but no response. I had ordered an oxygen and blood circulation machine worth 4700 but received a mini massager of Rs 100 and when asked Amazon to replace or return it, they refused saying that they have delivered the correct product and will not replace it.
