Amazon India — defective oneplus 5 phone | |||||
I had purchase one plus 5 mobile phone from amazon on 15/07/2017 vide order no.[protected] i receive the mobile on 18/07/2017. But while operating i saw that the phone is having display problem while scrolling up and down so i called amazon customer care for returning the phone as it is the policy to take back the product within 15 days but i was told that they could not take back my phone and told me procdurem to download app in which they would check my phone and then reply, its a big cheting on the part of such a big company to dupe people. Even on that app i had seen so many comments of how amazon is fooling the people by refusing to take the product back. This is a very bad way on the part of such a company.
