Amazon India — defective product, being denied doorstep pick-up | |||||
I received a defective iball 5.1 speaker system and on contacting customer support, was denied a doorstep pickup for replacement. Due to spinal problems, it is impossible for me to get the product to a courier to send it back to amazon. As a regular amazon customer, i feel horrible with this kind of service. So basically i'm stuck with a defective piece if hardware that i spent inr 6000 on. Was this information helpful? | |||||
