Amazon India — Defective product received & pickup not yet done

Dear All,
I have purchased the KRISTEEL Goniometer Set (3pc) which received in Damaged Condition & unable to use. The complaint has been informed immediately & the pickup has been arranged on 9th March. More than three times complaint launched But till today pickup not yet done.
