Amazon India — delay of delivery from amazon | |||||
This is the order#[protected] I have ordered a kids toy for my nephew and its not yet delivered. Till date there is no response from amazon about the delivery of my product. Every end of the day they update the status as "customer requested reschedule/ customer not available". I spoke with 4-5 supervisors on call and none of them made an attempt to call the delivery team. They simply say that its third party courier and we cannot contact them. When i have been facing issue from many days, there is no ownership taken from amazon to tackle this issue. Product was supposed to be delivered on 26th oct and till now i have not received a call from the delivery team. So, i called delhivery team and they say to wait for another 24-48 hours. I asked them to give me the local delivery center team. They say they dont have it Basically there is no co-ordination between amazon and delhivery team. This is so frustating. I dint expect this from amazon. Everytime they say they can only email to delhivery but they dont call. When i called delhivery team they say that they did not receive any emails from amazon. They have been fooling all these days. This is a bad policy without being able to contact they delhivery team from their end Was this information helpful? | |||||
