Amazon India — delivered damaged item

I had ordered frosto womens hand bag on 8-2-2020 and the bag was delivered to me on[protected]. But the hand bag i received is damaged item. I want to send it back and get my money back. The order no is[protected] and the cost of the item is 527.00 rs. The product was ordered on cash on delivery. The handle of the bag is torn completely and i feel it has been packed carelessly or with the intention of cheating people.

Device duo SIM slots not working I want refund I complained via customer service but no use they simply telling chk with app I already checked with smart chk app it is also not detecting SIM slots this I explained to their techie but no use
