Complaint marked as Resolved I am contacting amazon everyday since last 10, 12 days, but customer executive is not helping me, he is saying, we cannot help you any more, and he talks rudely to me, and cut the call, saying, that your case is being handled by social media team, you contact them by sending mail, social media team will give update in 24 to 48 hours, I am already waiting for last 12 days, and yesterday I got a mail from the social media team, in which it has been said that your investigation is complete, we have delivered the product in intact condition, but i got empty box, now I am very frustrat, I want Amazon to start the investigation again and properly check where the item went missing, and issue me my refund as soon as possible.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
