Dear Sir/Madam,
*I have ordered one hard drive from Amazon,
But it's not in working condition,
And I approached the Amazon team, they denied for replacement as return back period completed, and suggested me to go for service with company as warranty will be there.
*I approached Service centre, and they stated that it is a Tampered device, we can't service for those devices, and sent it back to me.
*Here from past few weeks, few Amazon team members are not at all helping and not guiding. And more over they disconnected my call many times, and one of the person have directed my call to Amazon prime video department which Is totally out of subject.
*Like this I faced many problems with Amazon team members,
I shared the images of all invoice, payslip, warranty, screenshots of mails from company.
Please look into this.
