As a prine member, I ordered Iphone 12 on 4th of July using my Axis Bank Credit Card. It was supposed to be delivered on 09th july but the delivery Agent forgot the parcel inspite of informing me and coming to my premises.He marked in the system that the delivery was unsuccessful as the recipient was unreachable which again is a unethical practice.
On 10th july, As the delivery agent arrived, My son requested him to show him the contents of the box as he wanted to be sure before he could accept the box and phone contents.But the delivery agent who was quite rude with my son, refused to show him the box contents and he left cancelling the order mentioning that the exchange phone was not acceptable,
Inspite of this being a prepaid order, this wasn’t expected from Amazon.
This is the last time i am ordering any phone from Amazon. Very disappointing experience. This kind o[censored]nruly and rowdy behaviour should not be accepted in any organisation.
