Amazon India — delivery agent did not deliver package and marks it as undeliverable | |||||
Hi, i got call from [protected] delivery agent, kondapur, hyderabad. He asked me if i can come to pick up my delivery. I went there in around 10 minutes and was searching for him, called him but he did not lift, he left the place and i put him a message asking where about. Next day i got a message stating the delivery was not deliverable. I got an automated call from amazon to give me feedback on delivery. But nothing helped. My order was sent back to seller and later i had to put order again. If delivery agent values his time, then why should i leave my workplace and take delivery in 5 to 10 minutes. This agent could have given me a call prior to visit, so i can be ready. Later when i call him, his arrogance is unmatched. He says please give complaint against me but don't call me. I am giving it now here, please take action against him. I have call logs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
