Amazon India — delivery delayed and no response | |||
Sir, I booked an samsung a50 mobile that was scheduled to deliver on 11th sept. No body came to deliver my product on that day however i received a call from the delivery team saying that due to technical problem they won't deliver the product and i need to cancel. When i talked to the customer care they said that the product would be delivered on 12th on which i requested them to schedule it for 13 as i was not in town on 12th. On my request the same was scheduled for 13th but again i did not receive any call and my product is still not delivered. On 16th i call up amazon customer care and requested them to cancel my order but my request was turned down saying that i have to wait till the product gets delivered. On this i wanted a confirmation which they refused to give. This is a complete harassment to a customer. Kindly look into it. I have been a loyal customer to amazon for quite a long time but now considering this level of service i am very disappointed and feel like i have been trapped.
