[Resolved] Amazon India — delivery issue | |
I have ordered pantry items from amazon and it has to be delivered on sunday 3rd,, however it has not been delivered till date and it has been escalated multiple times and every time they update the status b that deliver y was tried but i was not contacted at once and amazon agents just assuring me that they are fixing the issue. Now today i contacted amazon to refund my money they said it has been escalated and someone from escalation team will contact me. I don't know when it will happen Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jan 22, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Reference No. – 6560We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Gagan ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for Aashirvaad Select Superior Sharbati Atta, 5kg and Peril Perfect Active and etc. ("Products") from an independent third party sellers on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website"). It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 2033.20, as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into his bank account on 9th November, 2019 vide refund reference number 74332749314931272141592. In case, the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank. The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |
