[Resolved] Amazon India — delivery not delivered | |
I have ordered two different products on amazon on 15th of december and my shipment was by 20th december, in meanwhile yesterday 18th december evening i got a mail and msg regarding that my package was delivered. When i came to know that. I haven't received any courier to the apartment or to my door. I have paid for the above order through a card. So i have complained to customer care about the order in amazon. Still, i don't get any details about my order. Regarding refund or replacement for the delivery. I am using amazon for long since i now. I hope this mail will recover my problem. Was this information helpful? | |
