Over the last 2 months there has been a MARKED increase in damages to packaging and products during transportation. Even cardboard packages are fully torn open and many time it requires you to initiate refund/return pickup. BTW, Amazon does not offer "time slots" for delivery. Their "slots" are between 7 AM and 7 PM (for pickup also) so you are restricted at home for 12 hours ON 2 SEPARATE DAYS! Not every home has people staying in throughout the day. Most o[censored]s have jobs. I'm a doctor, so DEFINITELY my patients have priority over my time. There is no way to complain and it looks like there is NO RESPONSE to honest feedback given. Ever since the first lockdown, Amazon delivery just throws the package at the doorstep and does not even wait to see the items are collected. This is not the US where by and large theft of packages do not happen. Ours sit at our doorstep till we return (we are from US). There is no way to complain. You spend hours on the phone (their customer service in India is routed through UK numbers. Go figure). They are "trained" to deliver lines and sound like robots. Empty apologies and an abusive use of the word "sorry". In large apartment complexes like ours, packages are delivered to wrong houses and residents are left to figure out how to pick them up. AMAZON: WE ARE PAYING FOR YOU TO DELIVER ITEMS TO OUR DOORSTEP. iIf we leave packages outside to be picked up if no one is available, it WILL BE STOLEN and even their own customer service asks you not to do that. I could go on, but I note there are 10, 00+ complaints against them, but OBVIOUSLY NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE from Amazon India. Its like operating a fiefdom franchise which is surely a huge embarrassment to Andy Jassy. I wonder what the recently promoted Amit Agarwal thinks of all these complaints. LMAO.
