Amazon India — dell vostro sff desktop | |||
I had ordered dell vostro sff desktop which included a dvd drive but on receiving the item, the dvd drive is missing. As the return window period of 10 days has lapsed amazon is unhelpful and wants the customer to pay the price. As confirmed by the manufacturer - dell, the seller from amazon has not placed the dvd drive order which indicates service lapse from amazon's end but they are not owning up the issue nor providing any solution Was this information helpful? | |||
